It is based around the 12 days of christmas song. The 12 days of Christmas tree decoration looks like a christmas present and the 12 orange tabs that stick out of the sides represent the 12 days of christmas and have pictures tying in with the song. e.g. the first tab has a picture of a partridge in a pear tree, the second tab has a picture of two turtle doves, the third, three french hens etc.
